CHALLENGE
Make complex innovation clear on a very big stage.
HUG turns Personio’s product story into a live experience for thousands. The challenge: connect leadership, narrative and a 25-metre-wide stage into one clear, confident keynote.
STORY & PRODUCTION

I develop the first script draft with Personio’s leadership. Designers, media producers and technical specialists then shape the keynote together, with me leading creative direction through to the live production.
