This notice describes the website at www.tillmann.com. Updated 23 September 2026. The website provides information; it has no contact form or registration. Some older project and course pages include videos that load only after you activate them.
Hosting and delivery
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. Visiting a page involves processing technical connection data, including IP address, requested URL, time and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in reliable, secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contacting us
When you contact us by email or phone, we process your contact details and enquiry to respond and communicate with you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual enquiries, or our legitimate interest in answering other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f).
We retain this information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Legal retention requirements and the protection of legal claims may require longer storage.
Local browser storage
Your browser remembers whether the opening animation has played during the current session; that entry ends with the browser session. If you change the menu position, this preference remains locally until you clear the website’s stored data. These entries are not sent to us or used for tracking.
No analytics or advertising trackers are built into the initial page load. Fonts, images and local videos are served through the website’s hosting. Activated YouTube videos are described under external services.
External services
Substack, Cal.com, Shopify and social networks are reached through ordinary links. Newsletter subscriptions, appointment bookings and purchases take place on the respective providers’ websites, where their privacy notices apply.
Some older project and course pages offer YouTube videos using privacy-enhanced mode through youtube-nocookie.com. The player loads only when you activate the video area. This connects to YouTube; technical data such as your IP address and playback information may be transmitted to the provider. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect.
